A. Route66 reports this when there are markers in the map data which indicate that there may have been changes to the road network in the area when the current map was created. It is NOT a fault with the software.
Q. I'm having trouble finding addresses using the SEARCH > ADDRESS function in Route 66.
A. It is easier to use the SEARCH > FREE TEXT function for finding addresses in Route66. When you go to free text search, simply input an abbreviated address, and hit the search button. ie. HEMA - 25 McKechnie Drive, Eight Mile Plains, QLD can be found easily by typing in "25 mckec eight" in the search field. There's no need to specify the type of road (ie. ST, DRV, RD), and in fact it is better if you are slightly vague in your search terms, rather than too specific.
Q. Route 66 does not seem to be saving my settings.
A. It is important that once a setting in Route 66 has been changed that the OK button is tapped in order to save the setting, then the Back button can be selected to return to the previous screen. Tapping the Back button alone will not save the setting.

www.navteq.com
